Brie en Croûte with Apples and Honey
Ingredients
- 1 Brie (250g)
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- Honey, fresh thyme, 1 egg yolk
Preparation
1. Roll out the pastry, arrange apples in the center and place Brie on top.
2. Drizzle with honey and thyme.
3. Fold pastry over the cheese, brush with egg yolk.
4. Bake at 200°C for 20 min until crust is golden brown.
